(Wilson County, TN)  --  Charges are being filed against the man accused of causing a crash that killed a Hermitage doctor.

Investigators say Clayton Rogers failed to yield to traffic Tuesday night at the intersection of South Mt. Juliet Road and Stewarts Ferry Pike, and slammed into the driver side of Dr. Eric Raefsky's car.  Officials say they found evidence that Rogers was under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time, but toxicology results are pending.
