(Henderson County, TN)  --  One of the men charged in connection with the disappearance of Holly Bobo is being allowed to remove his GPS ankle bracelet that's been tracking his every move.

On Tuesday, prosecutors told a Henderson County judge Jeff Pearcy can't be monitored anymore because he hasn't been convicted of a crime.  Pearcy is accused of tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact, but says he is innocent.
