NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ A Mexican man will serve two years in federal prison for re-entering the United States illegally then face deportation for the fifth time.

The Tennessean reported that 29-year-old Adin Acosta Lopez also faces a charge of violating supervised release in Texas.

Lopez pleaded guilty on Friday in U.S. District Court in Nashville. A federal grand jury charged him in May 2012 after he was found in the country. Lopez had previously been deported in 2003 for motor vehicle burglary.

Lopez is married and has two daughters, ages 6 and 4. His wife and daughters are legal citizens of the United States and live in Tennessee, but Lopez came to the U.S. at age 15 with his father and never gained citizenship, according to court documents.
