(Nashville, TN) -- The family of a Nashville boy with Down Syndrome whose picture has gone viral is suing.

The parents of Adam Holland filed an 18-million-dollar lawsuit against a Florida radio station, an online sign-generator company and a Minnesota man on the basis of invasion of privacy, defamation and violation of Tennessee's Personal Rights Protection Act. The picture of Adam holding a sign he made in support of the Titans has been altered to show various derogatory and sexual phrases, and has been distributed without his parent's permission.
