A one-thousand-dollar reward is being offered to find 50-year-old Tad Cummins who police say had recently researched "teen marriage." He is described as six-foot, 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes with a gray beard. Thomas is described as five-foot-five, 120 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. They may be in a silver four-door Nissan Rogue.
