No Charges In Deadly Officer-Involved Shooting

(Nashville, TN)  --  A police officer will not face charges in a deadly shooting that occurred after a traffic stop.  

Thirty-one-year-old Jocques Clemmons was killed after a stop on South Sixth Street on February 10th.  Clemmons was armed with a handgun at the time and the shooting by officer Josh Lippert is being considered to have been self-defense.
