Police Chief Responds To D.A. In Clemmons Case

Metro Police Chief Steve Anderson sent a scathing letter to the district attorney’s office regarding their statement in the Jocques Clemmons case.  From the February shooting death of Clemmons, Deputy District Attorney Amy Hunter's letter called it as a “justifiable homicide” and the status of the investigation “completed.” Chief Anderson countered saying “Your account is, at best, a misstatement of the facts.”
