A Nashville woman was the shock of a lifetime when she arrived home to find an unknown naked man in her apartment holding a knife.
According to WKRN, a woman arrived at her South Nashville apartment Saturday after work hoping to take a shower, but when she got inside, she heard a noise from the kitchen. When she went to investigate, she found the man, later identified as 28-year-old Oscar Jaimes Aguilar, wearing no clothes but brandishing a knife in her kitchen.
An arrest warrant states that Aguilar repeatedly told the victim that if she didn't do what he wanted, or if she reported the incident to police, he would kill her child. She quickly ran to her bedroom and was able to send a text to her friend asking for help. Soon after, officers arrived and found Aguilar in the bedroom near the doorway. They took him into custody where they say he repeatedly claimed to have gotten into the apartment through the balcony.
Aguilar was arrested and booked into Metro Jail on charges of attempted aggravated rape and aggravated burglary, WSMV reports, with a bond set at $75,000.
This isn't the first time in recent history that a naked man has gotten into trouble with the law. Last month, a naked man in East Tennessee was seen floating along the Nolichucky River while singing "God Bless the U.S.A."
