Mental health professionals in Nashville are recommending counseling for students and staffers from Antioch High School. Doctor Anidolee Melville-Chester, a counselor with Metro Public Health, says it can take time to process a traumatic experience like Wednesday's shooting and professionals can guide the experience in a healthy way. She is also encouraging parents to ask their kids how they are feeling and to not be afraid to have a difficult conversation with them as challenging topics come up. Metro Public Health is offering free mental health services for the Antioch community.
