Tennessee Winter Storm Death Toll Reaches 13, 100K Still Without Power

The Tennessee winter storm death toll reaches 13. State officials announced on Wednesday that over 100,000 homes and businesses in Tennessee are still without power. More than 90,000 of them are Nashville Electric Service customers. A weather-related fatality had previously been reported in Crockett County, but it has since been deemed not to be weather-related. Since Saturday, the Tennessee National Guard has assisted 20 stranded citizens and 220 stranded motorists.
