Tennessee Governor Bill Lee is unveiling his spending plan for the upcoming year. His $58 billion budget includes funds to expand the school voucher program. Teachers would also get a raise under the proposal, and more money would be allocated for law enforcement. However, road construction funds would be cut in half. Lawmakers will review the budget before passing a final version this spring.
