Leah M. Melber, Ph.D. has spent the last 33 years working in museums, science centers, zoos, aquariums, and the out-of-doors connecting learners of all ages with science discovery and exploration. She holds a Ph.D. in education and has earned several awards for innovative practice and leadership. Leah has presented her work nationally and globally on topics ranging from effective evaluation strategies to change resiliency. Her publications encompass peer reviewed journals as well as several books including Teaching the Museum published through the American Alliance of Museums. Leah joined the team at the Adventure Science Center as President and CEO in spring of 2023.
