Laurel Orley and Dan Stephenson, Co-Founders, of Daily Crunch

Laurel Orley is the CEO and Co-founder of Daily Crunch Snacks, where she leads the marketing and strategy efforts. With over 15 years of experience in media and advertising, Laurel spent 13 years at Mindshare working on the Unilever account, managing flagship brands like Dove, Hellman’s, Lipton Tea, and Suave. She played a key role in the award-winning Dove Campaign for Real Beauty, which won the 2011 Media Plan of the Year by Adweek and the 2009 Bronze Effie for Integrated Marketing Services. Inspired by her aunt Diane’s innovative snacks, Laurel co-founded Daily Crunch Snacks in 2020. At Daily Crunch, she has overseen the brand's launch into over 5,500 stores. Laurel continues to drive growth by expanding into national retailers and leveraging digital platforms to build a loyal customer base. A mother of three, she enjoys raising her children with her husband, Ethan, in Nashville, where she loves hiking, eating Nashville Hot Chicken, and traveling.

Dan Stephenson is the COO and Co-Founder of Daily Crunch Snacks, where he leverages his strategic thinking and financial expertise to drive growth and innovation. Before co-founding Daily Crunch, Dan launched Dan’s Gourmet, a successful mac-and-cheese brand that expanded to over 2,500 stores across 35+ states. In 2013, he was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by the Nashville Downtown Partnership and one of Nashville's "Top Forty Under 40" by the Nashville Business Journal. He is known for his creative problem-solving skills and ability to craft persuasive presentations for B2B sales, fundraising, and internal growth plans. Dan's background includes significant experience in the finance industry, starting as Chief of Staff for Reagan-economist Art Laffer, and later working at Ingram Barge Company. A Cleveland native, Dan now lives in Nashville with his wife and two Boxers, enjoying travel, golf, skiing, and culinary adventures.
